10 Barrel Brewing :: Pray for Snow
Strong Ale: Big malty aroma with a Munich character give way to a slight caramel & toffee mixed with spicy noble hop aroma, all wrapped together with a medium-bodied mouth feel.
7.1% AV, 60 IBU
Alameda Brewing :: Papa Noesl's Old Ale
This sweetness is balanced by a hint of roasted flavor as well as a mellow bitterness imparted by a generous amount of English Fuggle hops.
7.2% ABV
Burnside Brewing Co. :: Permafrost
It's a big strong ale brewed with 7 different malts and copious amounts of Columbia and Amarillo hops pillowed in the middle to give this warming brew a chewy complex malt body and a unique fruity juicy hoppiness throughout

Goose Island :: Mild Winter
Toffee brown, medium-bodied, with a creamy head and an aroma of raisins and freshly baked dark bread

Heathen Brewery :: Roasted Rhapsody
The complex body of Pale, chocolate, crystal and Carastan malted barley gives this a rich coffee flavor followed with a chocolate bitter. Warrior and Willamette Hops may be camouflaged but they are tastefully apparent.
6.5% ABV, 60 IBU
Hopworks Beer :: Abominable Winter Ale
Made with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops and six organic malts. “A-Bomb” has a complex floral, spicy and citrus hoppiness backed up by just the right amount of malt sweetness.

This Imperial Pale Ale has a deep cooper color with a piney, citrusy floral and resinous aroma

A crisp, refreshing, ale suitable for any occasion. Golden blonde in color with a fruity floral scent. This ale is lightly hopped, allowing the malty flavor to be enjoyed. Smooth to the taste and nicely carbonated with no harsh bitterness or after taste

Pelican Brewing Co. :: Bad Santa
Toasted malt and roast character blends seamlessly with the alluring herbal hop aroma that comes from copious amounts of Fuggle hops
7.5% abv, 68 IBU
Phat Matt's Brewing :: Porter
Dark chocolate and coffee aromas come from the oat driven tan head. The hop profile is subdued from the dark malts used but attributes a nice floral accent to the English Ale yeast used

Red Hook Brewing :: Winterhook
The 28th version of Winterhook brewed for this year offers a rich caramel body that balances a big malt backbone with the aggressively dry hopped brew, making this year’s winter ale slightly naughty and very nice

Pale golden in color with a hoppy fruity aroma. Big hop flavor up front complemented by mediuum body and hoppyness mid-pallet. Finishes with a charateristic lingering bitterness

Seven Brides Brewing :: Hazelbock
 Fresh hazelnuts from Silverton are then roasted and smoked on the Traeger barbecue added during the conditioning, they impart an aroma and complimentary flavor to the rich malt.

A traditional winter ale with specialty malts that deliver a rich balance of biscuit, caramel, chocolate and subtle fruit notes

Walking Man Brewing :: Santa's LBH
brewed with jovial caramel and black malts to provide a jubilant malty character that mirthfully mingles with Summit and Centennial hops

Westport Brewing :: Cranberry Stout
Brewed with locally grown Cranberries, a rich, full-bodied stout brewed with dark malts, flaked oats and barley, and locally roasted coffee. Rich malts, liberal hops and coffee notes make this a stout you’ll want to get you in the holiday spirit and enjoy the season
